Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • “Items” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • “Orders” means a request by you to purchase items from us.
  • “Service” refers to the website.
  • “Website” refers to Papiput Yarn, accessible from https://papiput.com
  • “You” means the individual accessing the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Papiput Yarn. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our local/domestic shipment carriers are JNE, Si Cepat, Anter Aja, Ninja, Pos Indonesia, and J&T. You may choose the shipping courier based on your preference. The estimated delivery time for local shipment within Indonesia may vary from one to five business days. Please note that we ship your order from Depok, Jawa Barat, so shipping costs to some areas within Indonesia may be higher.

We also provide same-day/instant shipment using GoSend and GrabExpress. Orders completed after 13:00 will be shipped the next day. This shipment method is only available for restricted areas.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our international shipment carriers are Pos Indonesia and DHL. They both provide tracking numbers and insurance. Pos Indonesia offers the cheapest shipping cost using the Registered Mail method. However, the estimated delivery time is longer than any other method, around two to four weeks. Please note that we ship your order from Indonesia, so shipping costs to some countries may be higher.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Papiput Yarn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Papiput Yarn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
